The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Mankind Project Arizona reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Refunds are available by contacting jim@gardnergroup.net.

    The following refund policy is for New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA) initiate and staff deposits and payments. This policy also applies to any training sponsored by MKP-AZ in which deposits or payments are received.

    Upon receipt of an initiate or staff payments for an Arizona NWTA or other training, the individual?s deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit may be used by an initiate for a future MKP-AZ NWTA, for a period not to exceed 18 months from time of cancellation. Staff payments are non-refundable or transferable.

    Upon cancellation of an NWTA by MKP-AZ, all initiate and staff deposits and payments will be fully refundable within 30 days of cancellation.
